Shipping Methods: Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). Most orders arrive within 5-15 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders over 300 and international orders over 500.

Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply for deliveries to remote locations (e.g., French Polynesia, Réunion).
4. Customs & Import Taxes

EU Orders: For orders under €150, taxes are included at checkout. Orders above €150 may incur additional import duties.

Other Regions: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by their country.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. Use the carrier’s website or third-party tools like 17track.net to monitor your package.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations

Pre-Shipment: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to modify/cancel your order.

Post-Shipment: Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. Return requests for non-defective items follow our Refund Policy.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with carrier claims, but cannot guarantee replacements for lost/stolen packages.
