Due to the handmade, upcycled nature of our products, all sales are final unless items are defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described. We do not accept returns based on size/style preferences to minimize waste and uphold our sustainability mission.

2. Defective/Damaged Items

• Report Within 7 Days: Contact info@004customs.com with order details, photos, and a description of the issue.

• Resolution: We prioritize repairs or remakes using reclaimed materials. If unable to repair, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit.

• Return Shipping: For verified defects, we provide a prepaid return label.

3. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and expedite a corrected order.

4. Refund Processing

• Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving/verifying the returned item.

• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit options are available upon request.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom Orders: Personalized or made-to-measure items are exempt from returns.

• Final Sale Items: Clearance or discounted products marked as “non-returnable” at checkout.

6. Gifts
Gift recipients may exchange defective items for store credit. Original purchasers receive refunds if the return reason qualifies under this policy.

7. Exceptions
Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee refunds for unverifiable losses.
